Dr. Stephen DeRosa Jr. is a dedicated chiropractic physician and certified athletic trainer who brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and real-world sports medicine experience to every patient interaction. His journey in healthcare began at East Carolina University, where he honed his skills working with Division I athletes across multiple sports, accumulating over 1,500 clinical hours before earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree Cum Laude from National University of Health Sciences. Dr. DeRosa's passion for forced recovery and performance optimization stems from his belief that everyone—whether a professional athlete or weekend warrior—deserves to move better, recover smarter, and perform at their best. When he's not helping patients achieve their health goals, Dr. DeRosa enjoys unwinding on the golf course and exploring new culinary experiences with his family and friends, balancing his commitment to professional excellence with quality time spent with loved ones.
