A training program built around you
Most gyms don’t know your medical history. Most medical offices can’t coach your workouts. Here, your coach works alongside the providers who know your injury, your labs and your goals. If something comes up in training that needs a medical look, it goes straight to our clinical team, often the same week.
Who it’s for
Athletes returning from injury who are cleared to train.
Patients finishing physical therapy or chiropractic care who want to keep their progress.
People losing weight, including on GLP-1 medications, who want to keep muscle and strength.
Adults getting back into exercise after time away, and anyone who wants a program built around their body.
Three programs
01
Athletic Performance & Return to Sport
Strength, speed and conditioning for athletes of every level, including HYROX race preparation and a step-by-step progression back to your sport once your provider has cleared you.
02
Functional Recovery
The bridge between finishing care and getting back to full activity. We build strength, balance and confidence so the problem is less likely to come back.
03
Weight Management & Reconditioning
A strength program designed for weight loss. Training helps you keep muscle while you lose fat, and we track the difference with body composition scans, not just the scale.
How it works

Build your program
Losing weight is about more than the number on the scale. Tap anything you’d like to learn more about, and our team will reach out with answers and options.
01
Medical Weight Loss (GLP-1)
Physician-supervised weight loss with medications like semaglutide and tirzepatide, with regular check-ins, labs and dose adjustments.
The medication lowers appetite. The rest of your program makes sure the weight you lose is fat, not muscle.
Varies by plan
02
Performance Coaching
One-on-one strength and conditioning with our Performance Coach, built around your fitness
Strength training twice a week helps keep muscle while you lose weight, which protects your metabolism and helps results last.
Self-pay
03
Body Composition Scan (SECA)
A quick scan that measures fat, muscle and water, not just total pounds.
The scale can go down while you lose muscle. This shows what is actually changing, so we can adjust early.
Self-pay
04
Lab Work
Metabolic, thyroid, hormone and nutrient panels.
Checks for anything that makes weight harder to lose, and for deficiencies that can show up when you eat less.
Often covered by insurance
05
Hormone Optimization
Evaluation and treatment for low testosterone, perimenopause and menopause.
Hormone changes are one of the most common reasons weight stalls or comes back.
Varies by plan
06
Sleep Study
An at-home sleep test (WatchPAT) for sleep apnea and other sleep problems.
Poor sleep increases hunger and cravings, and extra weight can make sleep apnea worse. Treating one helps the other.
Often covered by insurance
07
Joint and Pain Care
Physical therapy, chiropractic and pain management for knees, hips, back and feet.
If it hurts to move, it is hard to stay active. We treat the pain so you can train.
Covered by most insurance
08
SIV Hydration
Nurse-reviewed IV fluids and vitamins.
Some people on GLP-1 medications find it hard to drink enough or feel nauseated. IV hydration can help with that.
Self-pay
09
Athletic Recovery Center
Compression, cryotherapy and infrared sauna in our downstairs recovery center.
Feeling recovered makes it easier to stick with your workouts week after week.
Self-pay or membership
10
Protein Bar (coming soon)
Protein shakes and snacks at the practice.
Getting enough protein is one of the biggest challenges on a GLP-1, and one of the most important for keeping muscle.

Frequently asked questions
No. Coaching is a fitness service and is self-pay. Many of the medical services on this page, like lab work, sleep studies and physical therapy, are often covered, and our team will check your benefits for those.
No. Anyone can train with us. Everyone completes a short health screen first, and if anything needs a medical look, we’ll set up a visit with one of our providers before you start.
Once your provider clears you, we coordinate the handoff so there’s no gap between finishing care and starting training.
When you lose weight quickly, some of it can be muscle. Strength training helps keep that muscle, which supports your strength, your metabolism and your long-term results.
About an hour of movement, strength and mobility testing plus a conversation about your goals and history. You leave with a written plan.
